This blogger I’ve been reading writes about the multiverse
he puts a hyphen in his, I don’t put one in mine
and so we set the metaphor at once like a hook in the lip
of Feynman’s trout
two metaphors now and I could carry on forever
as I almost certainly am doing in another universe
where I have less restraint, but get more leg
but none of that has anything to do with Rod Serling
and how I can prove the multiverse exists using Serling as
a dowsing Rod
this proof is one you do not have to verify
you have already lived it
everyone has a special episode of Twilight Zone
that only they have ever seen
that’s the proof
what to do with this dangerous information
we’ll get Billy Mumy to create the biggest box set dvd ever
we’ll watch nine billion or so unique episodes of the Twilight Zone
we’ll hum the quantum fugue and dance a Mandelbrot quadrille
and the multiverse will open like the legs of our lover
as we walk between the worlds
